What makes a great hotel stay ... comfort, cleanliness and friendliness. The hotel staff was helpful, friendly and just so nice!! We loved it here and will only stay here when we come back.
They ran out of eggs for breakfast... but they had other items... so not a complaint. Breakfast was awesome - just come early the guests are quite hungry! LOL

Wonderful hotel in an easy location on eastern outskirts, the services were excellent. Attentive staff and wide ranging and savoury breakfast with a waffle maker and also scrambled eggs that lived up to my expectations. Location: the property was near to stores, Boise for over 10 years and Simplot Sports Complex. Dined at Domino's Pizza, it was not very far from the venue.

The hotel was easy to find off the highway, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent!

Breakfast was great. Morning staff happy. It was clean and quiet.
We arrived at 5:15 pm. Room was not done. Clerk was rude. She never apologized or offered explanation. No restaurants clise by.
